Helpful staff during our check-in process.
My family's stay in the hotel apartment was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not cleaned during our entire 9-night stay, and the only cleaning tool available was a dirty broom. The condition of the apartment was appalling, dirty dishes, severe noise from the parking garage, and significant moisture problems resulting in mold throughout.

The location is fantastic, just steps from
major attractions and dining options. The room was cozy and clean, but the lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep at times. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay.

Recommend it for couples wanting comfort
The room was large and had good towels. it was real nice being able to enjoy hot water every morning. Plus, just a short walk to Park Kennedy made it easy to explore the area without hassle.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

would love to come back here some time
The triple room was comfy with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and cool air conditioning. There were nice toiletries and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was impressive with a good variety of items like fruits and toast. Staff was super helpful and friendly, making calls for us when our luggage was delayed.

The lounge area was lively, but the room had a lingering sewage smell.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Park Kennedy, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was spacious and very clean, with good towels and hot water. However, the towels had an odd odor, likely due to detergent, which detracted from the overall experience. Wi-Fi could use improvement as well, being inconsistent during my stay.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06quiet streetvibrant atmospheregreat locationoutdated rooms
The location sits on a quiet street, just a block away from a bustling market and numerous dining options. The nearby Pariwana Hostel offers great walking tours, and the atmosphere around the hotel is vibrant yet safe, perfect for exploring the area on foot.
However, the place feels outdated, with rooms needing fresh paint and significant upgrades. Daily breakfasts lacked variety, and the shower sometimes had a disagreeable odor. The windows in some rooms overlook walls, leaving little in the way of a view, which may not appeal to those looking for a more scenic experience.

Staying at Mariel Hotel Boutique was an absolute delight. The tasteful decor by Karim Chaman creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate the beautifully arranged common areas comfortably and safely.
A few more handrails would enhance safety for seniors.
